With a commitment to sustainability, the Ducketts have cultivated their 17-hectare vineyard without herbicides, focusing on low-yielding Pinot Noir and Chardonnay clones that thrive in the English climate. This elegant sparkling is made from 100% Chardonnay, hand-harvested from top-clone parcels. Fine mousse and extended spontaneous lees aging (36 months) frame aromas of white flowers, lemon zest, and brioche. The palate is pristine, with citrusy zing, sea-spray salinity, and nutty umami depth. Bright, mineral-driven, and succulent; this wine marries youthful energy with refined complexity.
